Amazon will institute their new “Frustration Free Packaging Certification” requirements August 1st, 2019.

• All packaged items larger than 18”X14”X8” or items that weigh 20 lbs. or more must be certified
• Packages that are not certified by August 1st will receive a $1.99 chargeback per item shipped
• The certification process is extensive testing of your package integrity to help insure you have the right packaging solution to eliminate waste and shipping damage

To help customers with the cost of certification Amazon has implemented a credit that’s available until the August 1st certification deadline.  Amazon will provide a $1.00 per shipment credit for each certified product.  Basically, it pays to get to work on the certification now!
